RESERVATION POLICY OVERVIEW (updated 11-1-2011):

• Maximum occupancy is 16 guests.
• Bandon Golf Villa is pet and smoke free.
• Reservations.  For advance reservations 61+ days from the scheduled arrival date, a 25% advance deposit is required to book and confirm your reservation.  For reservations 60 days or less from the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total rent amount is required at the time of booking/reservation.
• Cancellations.  In most cases a full refund of the advance deposit (less: booking fee, any/all applicable credit card charges and/or PayPal processing fees) will be made if cancellation is received 61 days or more from the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made 60 days or less from the scheduled arrival date the full rental amount is non-refundable (advance deposit plus final payment due/made). There are no refunds for natural or man-made disasters, inclement weather, utility/power outages, family disputes, recreation conditions or events beyond the control of Oregon Vacation Rentals & Management Company. For added protection, we recommend Trip Cancellation (Travel) Insurance.
• Check-in time is 3pm (or after), check-out time is 11am (or before).
• Please keep our home relatively clean.  It will be clean upon your arrival and cleaned after you leave.  The cleaning (housekeeping) fee is $150.  “Extraordinary” cleaning will result in an additional charge.
• Guests are liable for any/all damages caused.

IMPORTANT TEE-TIME RESERVATION & GREEN FEES RATE POLICY DISCLOSURE:  Please note that Bandon Dunes Golf Resort may charge guests not staying at resort owned accommodations a green fee rate premium of $25+ per round depending on both the time of year and the number of days in advance that tee times are booked. Please check with Bandon Dunes Golf Resort directly.

More on choosing lodging... For larger groups (4 to16) the tee-time rate premium will usually be more than off-set with our lower per person lodging costs. Typically, Bandon Golf Villa has been the preferred lodging of choice for those desiring accommodations for larger groups, greater privacy, top-end luxury and the capacity to entertain large groups. However, we encourage all prospective guests to consider all lodging options before finalizing their reservation.  Bandon Dunes Golf Resort also offers a wide array of quality lodging  with a occupancy capacity of 1-4 guests per unit.

2012 TEE-TIME POLICY FOR BANDON GOLF GUESTS NOT STAYING AT THE RESORT:
- Tee times may be reserved as far in advance as desired, subject to availability, and for any
available tee time. Please call 1-888-345-6008 or (541) 347-5775 to do so.
- Payment Policy – Full payment for all rounds reserved is required at the time of booking.
Deposit is non-refundable for all initial rounds.
- Replays – Second round play may be on any of our three existing courses.
Deposit on replay rounds is refundable if cancelled outside of 21-days.
